All Models – Most Common Issues

• Microwave not heating: Check door is fully closed; replace magnetron or high-voltage diode if over 7–8 years old.
• Turntable not turning: Clean rollers and drive coupling; replace turntable motor if needed.
• Sparking inside: Remove any metal object/foil; clean waveguide cover (mica plate) or replace it.
• SE / 5E error code: Unplug for 10 minutes; if persists, replace keypad/control panel (common on 2013–2020 models).
• C-d0, C-10, C-F0 error: Control panel stuck key or membrane short; try unplugging 5+ minutes or replace touchpad.

Smart & Sensor Cook Models (Bespoke, ME21R7051SS, etc.)

• “Connect to Wi-Fi” keeps Keeps Appearing: Reset SmartThings app connection; hold Smart Control button 3 sec to disable.
• Sensor Error (SE): Clean humidity sensor (small black vent near top right inside); avoid steam directly hitting it.
• Touchpad unresponsive: Perform hard reset – unplug 60 seconds, then hold “0” button while plugging back in.

Over-the-Range (OTR) Models

• Vent fan not working: Check charcoal filter (replace every 6–12 months); reset breaker for exhaust motor.
• Light under microwave not turning on: Replace grease filters first; then surface light bulbs (40W appliance bulbs only).

Note: Always unplug the microwave before any internal cleaning or part replacement. Never operate with door open.
