Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Gas leak detector solution
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe thread sealant
- Level
- Tape measure
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the gas range.
- Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
- Check for Leaks: Use gas leak detector solution to check all connections for leaks. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be fixed.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for electronic ignition and control panel operation.
- Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and broiler functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.
