Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films and packaging materials from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Gas/Electric Connection: Connect to appropriate gas line or electrical outlet as per local codes and regulations.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood according to manufacturer specifications.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Safety Check: Verify all connections are secure and test for gas leaks if applicable.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run the oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
