Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with leak detection solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and functioning correctly.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level for optimal performance.
