5-Burner Gas Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the stove surface.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Ensure proper grounding for electronic ignition system.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall as per instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the stove is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test: Test all gas connections for leaks using soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be fixed.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.

Troubleshooting
