Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the stove oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe joint compound to threaded connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Ensure proper circuit breaker rating.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the stove is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Gas Leak Test: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Check for bubbles indicating leaks.
  8. Initial Burn-in: Run all burners and oven through initial heating cycle to burn off manufacturing residues.
Warning: Gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause gas leaks and fire hazards.

Troubleshooting
