Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Gas leak detector solution
- Tape measure
- Pipe thread sealant
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the stove.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
- Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper electrical outlet. For built-in models, hardwire according to local codes.
- Level the Stove: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the stove is level from front to back and side to side.
- Gas Leak Test: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Check for bubbles indicating leaks.
- Initial Burn-in: Turn on all burners/elements to high for 5 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
