5 Burner Gas Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant
  • Level

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved gas connector. Use pipe thread sealant on all connections.
  3. Check for Leaks: Apply gas leak detector solution to all connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for ignition system and controls.
  5. Position Range: Slide range into position, ensuring it's level and has proper clearance from walls and cabinets.
  6. Install Anti-tip Bracket: Secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall to prevent range from tipping forward.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before use.
